Dee Harding

Dee has a Diploma in Life Coaching from The Coaching Academy, Europe's leading and most prestigious coaching training academy. Dee is a qualified teacher of English and PSHE, has a B A in Public Sector Studies and is a TFT practitioner. Dee has professional membership of the Association for Coaching, the GTC (General Teaching Council) and the PSHE Association.  She is  also a member of the Euro on-line community for Professional Coaches.

Dee has a Diploma in NLP. She is a Graduate Member of the Associated Stress Consultants. (MASC/NLP).

Dee is founder of the Bournemouth and Poole Coaching Circle.

Dee has a passionate belief in the power of NLP to positively transform lives and has spent much time researching what it is that makes the difference between a person who is an outstanding performer and one who is mediocre.

Dee’s philosophy :

Dee believes that a massive change in thinking and a whole new attitude is required to meet the many challenges of the 21st century.

Dee has spent much time studying the habits, attitudes and beliefs of many of the great achievers and champions of today and from the past.
Her mission is to share her innovative ideas and secrets of success which she has discovered as a result of her research and actual experience.

Through embracing an "NLP attitude" Dee believes that all people can break through to the genius that is within them and achieve whatever it is they want in life. Dee is passionate about the importance of emotional intelligence and believes that applying NLP principles is a brilliantly effective way of enabling a person to become emotionally literate. Dee has a cutting edge solution focused yet passionate approach which includes applying her own innovative ideas and interpretations as well as many tried and tested methods.
